Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds are calculated and processed when a booking with Many2Go is cancelled or amended.
Last updated: 5 June 2026
This Refund Policy applies to bookings made through Many2Go and should be read together with our Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions.
How refunds are calculated
When you cancel or amend a confirmed booking, your refund is the amount you have paid, less:
- the cancellation charges set out in our Cancellation Policy;
- any amounts that suppliers (airlines, hotels, resorts, transport and activity operators) do not refund to us;
- non-refundable items such as visa fees, special-fare air tickets and insurance premiums; and
- any applicable taxes or non-recoverable payment gateway charges.
We will share a clear breakup of the deductions and the net refund amount before processing it.
Refund method
Refunds are made to the original payment method and to the person who made the original payment. We do not refund to a different account, card or person unless required by law. If you paid by card, UPI or net banking, the refund is credited back to the same source.
Refund timeline
Once the refund amount is agreed, we initiate it from our side as promptly as we can. Where a refund depends on recovering money from an airline, hotel or other supplier, we can only release your refund after the supplier releases their share, so the timeline follows the supplier’s process and varies by booking. We will share the expected timeline with you and keep you updated. After we initiate a refund, your bank or card issuer may take additional working days to reflect it in your account.
Non-refundable amounts
Certain payments are non-refundable regardless of when you cancel, including non-refundable air fares, lodged visa fees, advance-purchase or non-refundable hotel rates, peak-season and special event bookings, and travel insurance premiums. These are listed in our Cancellation Policy.
Currency and exchange rates
Refunds for trips quoted in Indian Rupees are made in Indian Rupees. Where a booking involved foreign currency, the refund is calculated on the amount actually recovered and may differ from the original rupee value due to exchange-rate movements and bank charges. Many2Go does not bear losses arising from currency fluctuation.
How to request and track a refund
To request a refund, send your cancellation in writing to support@many2go.com with your booking reference. You can check the status of an in-progress refund any time by contacting the same email or calling +91 7200 455 477. We will keep you updated on supplier settlement where a refund is pending on their side.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you believe a refund is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Raising a chargeback with your bank before contacting us can delay the resolution of a valid refund.
