Our Japan Group packages are built for friends, colleagues and clubs who want to explore Tokyo's neon, Kyoto's serenity and the thrill of a bullet train ride together, without anyone worrying about logistics. From ₹89,999 per person, we handle the visas, the rail passes, the hotels and the on-ground guide, so your only job is to enjoy the trip.
Travelling Japan as a group has real advantages. Group rates bring per-head costs down, shared coaches make moving between Tokyo, Mt Fuji, Kyoto and Osaka simple, and a tour manager means nobody gets lost in a station that runs entirely in Japanese. Whether you are eight college friends or a forty-strong corporate offsite, we size the package to your headcount and budget.
What makes our Japan Group packages special
We design these trips around the way groups actually move, balancing fixed group experiences with free pockets of time for shopping and exploring.
- Group pricing that scales: the more people in your group, the lower the per-person cost, especially on twin and triple sharing rooms.
- Private coach transfers for larger groups, plus reserved-seat bullet train (Shinkansen) coaches so you all travel in one block.
- A dedicated tour manager who handles check-ins, bookings and ticketing, and helps with the language gap at stations and shops.
- Indian and vegetarian-friendly meals arranged in advance, including Jain meals on request, which matters a lot for mixed Indian groups.
- Flexible departures on your own dates for groups of 15 and above, or join a fixed group departure if you are a smaller set of friends.
Sample Group Japan itineraries
Final pricing depends on group size, season and room sharing, so treat these as a starting point and ask us for a quote on your exact headcount.
| Package | Nights | From (per person) | Style |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tokyo & Mt Fuji Group Express | 5 | ₹89,999 | Best-value, 3-star, shared coach |
| Tokyo, Kyoto & Osaka Group Classic | 7 | ₹1,29,999 | 4-star, Shinkansen, group meals |
| Grand Japan Group with Hiroshima & Nara | 9 | ₹1,74,999 | 4-star plus, private guide, multi-city |
The 5-night express keeps things tight around Tokyo and Mt Fuji for a first group trip on a budget. The 7-night classic adds the Shinkansen leg into Kyoto and Osaka, while the 9-night grand route brings in Nara's deer park and Hiroshima.
Best time for a Group Japan trip
The two peak windows are March-April for cherry blossoms and Oct-Nov for autumn colours, and both are spectacular in a group because the parks and gardens become natural meeting points for photos. These months also bring the largest crowds and the highest hotel rates, so we recommend booking three to four months ahead to lock in rooms in one hotel together.
For better value, the early summer and winter shoulder seasons cost noticeably less and still deliver, with snow-capped Mt Fuji views being a winter highlight. For corporate groups tied to fixed dates, we plan around whatever window you have.
