Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Many2Go website and any travel service you book with us. Please read them before you confirm a trip.
Last updated: 5 June 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Many2Go (“Many2Go”, “we”, “us”). By using the website many2go.in, requesting a quote, or booking any tour package, holiday or travel service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our role
Many2Go is a travel company that arranges holidays, tour packages and related services. For many services we act as an agent or intermediary between you and independent suppliers such as airlines, hotels, resorts, transport operators, activity providers and destination management companies. Those services are also subject to the supplier’s own terms and conditions, which apply alongside ours.
Enquiries and bookings
- Quotations, itineraries and prices we share are indicative and remain subject to availability until a booking is confirmed in writing and the required payment is received.
- A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation or voucher for it. Until then, rates, inclusions and availability may change.
- You are responsible for reviewing your itinerary, traveller names, dates and inclusions on confirmation and informing us immediately of any error.
Prices and payment
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are based on the rates, taxes and exchange rates applicable at the time of quoting.
- A booking deposit is generally required to confirm a trip, with the balance due before departure or by the date specified in your confirmation. Some bookings require full payment up front.
- Prices may change before confirmation due to fare revisions, currency fluctuation, changes in taxes, fuel surcharges or supplier rates. We will inform you of any such change before you commit.
- Unless explicitly listed, prices exclude items such as visa fees, travel insurance, tips, personal expenses, anything described as optional, and costs arising from delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Passport, visa and health
It is your responsibility to hold a valid passport (generally with at least six months’ validity beyond your travel dates), the correct visas, and any vaccinations or health documents required for your destination. We can assist and advise, but we are not responsible for entry being refused by any authority. Any costs arising from inadequate or incorrect documentation are your responsibility.
Changes and cancellations by you
Requests to amend or cancel a confirmed booking must be made in writing. Changes are subject to availability and to the charges levied by the relevant suppliers, plus any service fee. Please see our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for how cancellation charges and refunds are handled.
Changes or cancellation by us or suppliers
Occasionally suppliers change or cancel arrangements, for example due to operational, weather or safety reasons. Where a significant change occurs we will tell you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative or a refund of amounts recoverable from the supplier. We are not liable for changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that every traveller takes comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage and personal liability. Travelling without adequate insurance is at your own risk.
Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics or pandemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, government action, airport or airline disruption, or technical failures.
Liability
Because the services that make up your trip are largely provided by independent suppliers, our liability is limited to the care and skill we exercise in arranging your booking. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, defaults or insolvency of any supplier, nor for loss, injury, delay or damage arising from circumstances beyond our control. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Your conduct and information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, to comply with the rules of carriers, hotels and authorities at your destination, and to behave in a manner that does not endanger or disrupt others. Suppliers may refuse service to travellers who behave unacceptably, without refund.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and itineraries, is owned by or licensed to Many2Go and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
