Sterling Tipeshwar is on the Srinagar to Kanyakumari highway (NH44) near Sunna village in Yavatmal district, beside the Tipeshwar Wildlife Sanctuary, a compact reserve with an unusually high density of tigers. Safari tents with sit-outs, Indulge villas and 900 sq ft luxury tents with private courtyards are the three stay types, and safaris run through the Sunna and Mathani gates. It combines well with Tadoba for a Vidarbha wildlife circuit.
