Thailand Land-only packages are built for Indian travellers who would rather book their own flights and let us handle everything once they land. If you have miles to redeem, a fare alert that finally dropped, or you fly out of a city we do not always cover, a land-only booking gives you full control over the air leg while locking in vetted hotels, transfers and sightseeing at honest rates.
Thailand suits this style of travel well. Flights from India run just 4 to 5 hours, Thailand entry rules for Indian travellers are changing in 2026, with India moving from visa-free entry to a Visa on Arrival (around 2,000 THB for a short stay), so we confirm the current requirement and help with your visa before you fly, and the classic circuit of Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, Krabi, Phi Phi Islands and Chiang Mai is well-connected by short domestic hops and ferries. You sort the gateway airport, we make sure the ground holiday runs smoothly from the moment you clear immigration.
What makes our Thailand Land-only packages special
The land-only format removes the most volatile part of any quote, the airfare, so the price you see stays stable and easy to compare. That clarity helps when you are weighing a 5-star Phuket resort against a value Bangkok-Pattaya combo. Every land-only itinerary includes the following by default.
- Airport pickup on arrival: our representative meets you at Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang, Phuket or wherever you land, so there is no scramble for a taxi after a red-eye.
- Handpicked hotels: properties we have inspected for cleanliness, location and Indian-traveller comfort, with Indian and vegetarian meals available nearby.
- All inter-city transport: Bangkok to Pattaya coaches, Phuket to Krabi transfers and Phi Phi ferry tickets, arranged and reconfirmed for you.
- On-ground support: a WhatsApp helpline that answers in Hindi and English if a ferry is cancelled or plans change.
You keep the freedom to time flights around work, fly in to one city and out of another, or extend your stay. We align the land arrangements to your dates.
Sample Land-only Thailand itineraries
All prices are land-only, per person on twin sharing. Flights and personal expenses are separate, and no visa is required for Indians. Scale up for peak season and premium rooms.
| Package | Nights | From (per person) | Style |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bangkok and Pattaya Essentials | 4 | ₹22,999 | Best-value, 3-star, shared transfers |
| Phuket, Krabi and Phi Phi Islands | 6 | ₹38,999 | 4-star beaches with island ferries |
| Grand Thailand: Bangkok, Phuket and Chiang Mai | 8 | ₹64,999 | 5-star resorts, private transfers |
Each itinerary can be reshaped: add a night in Krabi for longtail boat trips, swap Pattaya for Chiang Mai if temples and night markets appeal more, or upgrade any tier to private cars and beachfront rooms.
Best time for a Land-only Thailand trip
The sweet spot runs from November to April, when the weather is dry, the seas are calm and island-hopping to Phi Phi and Krabi is at its best. This is also peak season, so book hotels early: popular resorts sell out and rates climb over Christmas, New Year and the April school holidays.
The May to October monsoon brings short, heavy showers but has real upside for land-only travellers. Hotel rates drop noticeably, Bangkok and Chiang Mai stay very doable, and because you book flights separately you can chase a cheap monsoon-season fare and still secure a quality stay at a soft rate. If beaches are the priority, lean towards the dry months. If culture, shopping and food top your list, the green season is good value.
