Create My Package

Our Japan Luxury packages are built for travellers who want Japan without the queues, the confusion or the compromise, starting from ₹89,999 per person and scaling up to fully bespoke private journeys. From the neon canyons of Tokyo to the quiet temple gardens of Kyoto, you glide between cities on the bullet train while a private team handles every booking, transfer and reservation behind the scenes.

This is Japan experienced from the front of the room. Think 5-star hotels with skyline views, private English-speaking guides who actually know which sushi counter to book, and chauffeured transfers so you never wrestle a suitcase up a metro staircase. We design each trip for Indian travellers, so vegetarian and Jain meal needs, comfortable pacing and the right shopping stops are all factored in from day one.

What makes our Japan Luxury packages special

The difference is in the details that usually go wrong on a self-planned trip. We secure the rooms, the tables and the timing so your days flow instead of stalling.

  • 5-star stays in the right locations: properties in Tokyo's Ginza and Shinjuku, Kyoto's Higashiyama district and lakeside ryokan-style resorts near Mt Fuji, chosen so you step out into the best of each area.
  • Private guides and chauffeured transfers: no shared coaches. A dedicated guide and car for your group, with airport meet-and-greet on arrival.
  • Reserved bullet train seats: Green Car (first class) seats booked on the Shinkansen between Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and Hiroshima so the journeys are part of the luxury.
  • Indian meal planning: pre-arranged vegetarian, Jain and halal options, plus reservations at standout Japanese restaurants that cater to dietary needs.
  • Skip-the-line access: priority entry where available at attractions, plus a private tea ceremony, kaiseki dinner or geisha-district walk depending on your itinerary.

Best time for a Luxury Japan trip

The two showpiece seasons are spring and autumn, and a luxury trip is exactly when timing them well pays off. Late March to April brings the cherry blossoms, when Tokyo's parks and Kyoto's canals turn pink, while October to November paints the maples in deep red and gold. Both seasons book out fast at the best hotels, so we recommend confirming 4 to 6 months ahead.

If you prefer fewer crowds, late May and early June or the crisp days of early December still offer excellent weather and easier access to top tables and suites. Summer can be hot and humid, though it suits travellers chasing festivals, while winter opens up snow-country ryokan and Hokkaido for those who want something different. Whatever the season, we adjust the indoor and outdoor balance of your itinerary to match.
